Promoting the Dee Valley and its tourism jewels Print
A coach load of tourism operators from Llangollen, Corwen and the Dee Valley enjoyed a familiarisation day, as part of a campaign to encourage people to visit that part of Denbighshire.

The operators were given a tour of key tourist sites, including Plas Newydd (Llangollen), Llangar Church, Rug Chapel and the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct World Heritage site. The event was arranged by Denbighshire County Council's tourism, culture and countryside services and the Heather and Hillforts Project.
